This web site is intended to serve as a one-stop reference for procedures and supporting information for all of the tasks and systems in Building Systems Maintenance. Whether a task is common to many and needs documenting to ensure standardization or is rather esoteric and requires documenting in order to remember an uncommon process, the BSM Wiki should provide us an easily-searchable, community-monitored source for standard procedures.
